| dc.description | This report is prepared by the office of the president and is based on the annual plan which approved on an annual basis by the Board of Trustees. Incorporates data collected over the period from internal sources and input from key stakeholders. Implementation of the plan was the responsibility of the President, with monitoring conducted by Internal Quality Assurance (IQA), the President and the Board of Trustees. This report reflects changes that had been made to the 2018 Strategic Plan and the 2018 Action Plans. There had been three main changes compared to the 2017 Strategy Plan. First, the 2018 plan more clearly distinguished between the long term goals and the annual action plans prepared by each functional department. Second, the 2017 term “measurement” was changed to “indicator”. Third, the 2017 measurement and target were combined; in the 2018 plan the indicator and target were shown separately. | |
