| dc.description | This strategic plan is prepared on an annual basis by the President with consideration of feedback and input from key stakeholders such as lecturers, students, employers, staff, alumni, and board members. It is subject to review, revision and approval by the board of trustees. The implementa-tion is the responsibility of the President, with monitoring conducted by Internal Quality Assurance (IQA), the President and the board of trustees. The board may make changes on an ongoing basis throughout the year. The committee and departmental plans attached as appendices are an integral part of this plan. Nevertheless, this plan does not include a multitude of actions to be taken by departmental manag-ers, but includes the key principles and objectives to be followed and monitored at the executive and board level. | |
